Web_abitudini immobiliari: sui siti Web, in campo immobiliare, si assiste a una strana metamorfosi delle abitudini e delle offerte. È la nuova fotografia scattata al settore dagli addetti ai lavori. Infatti, oltre alle tradizionali e collaudate offerte di monolocali, bilocali (e quant’altro) si fa strada quella di hotel, alberghi, resort, Bed & Breakfast e agriturismi; questi ultimi due, tra l’altro, sono i “paladini” del turismo “mordi e fuggi” sempre più in voga in tempi “never ending” crisi economica come quelli attuali. Ma, fra un morso e una fuga (dalle vacanze), le strutture rimangono spesso ricettive rimangono tali soltanto sulla carta e quindi fioccano su Web e dintorni le offerte; ma anche sul versante delle più tradizionali unità immobiliari “residenziali” cambiano le abitudini, annunci via Internet compresi; sono sempre più le operazioni di permuta e scambio; al centro di questo nuovo trend la “rottamazione” di immobili vecchi (magari da ristrutturare) con nuovi o la “sostituzione” della seconda casa con un’abitazione in città.
